Just tellin ya the truth. Peyton will probably be wearing something at the end of the year that Dan had to get married to get though.

I was so hoping.
nothing against the Dolphins fans, I use to be one too my 2nd fav team behind my Steelers, but I'm so tired of every year hearing about the 72 Dolphins. you know how the "media" runs things into the ground, like the T.O. stuff.

The steelers looked pretty decent today once they got over shooting themselves in the foot. Their offense including the wide recievers block extremely well, but something is missing. They didnt look sharp on D today, they bent but they didnt break. Whats your take on Roethlisberger? I know the hand isnt right, but he looks about the same to me. The o-line isnt pass blocking as well as it had, but havent they had injuries at the tackle spot?

I think the Steelers biggest problem right now is Burris not being there anymore. Plax was a big play guy, something they are missing. Ben misses him a lot I think and that also lets the other team's D play a little tighter.
I hope they pick up a big play guy this off season or in the draft.

Re: Colts and Chargers...

So you got your snacks and stuff ready for the kickoff tonight in Soldier Field?

It's funny how the other teams (who were probably more dominate) that went undefeated before the Super Bowl era are rather forgotten.

Sean Salisbury said it best this morning on Countdown (on XM) when he said that the only way the Chargers would win is if they played their best game and the Colts played their worst.

Re: Colts and Chargers...

I actually have some monterrey cheese dip and chips being brought to me by a buddy coming over to watch the game. The bears really need to win, I dont wanna see them back into the playoffs and you know Ive been waiting too long to see a 1 and done scenario lol.

Salisbury has been pretty on point this year after picking the vikes to go to the superbowl. I think the colts losing today will make them even better, the bears were the same way in 85. That one loss will get them all to rededicate themselves and Im about 95% positive indy will be the world champs this year now.
